Please read these terms carefully before booking or receiving services from Black Dye Tattoo.
By accessing our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or receiving tattoo services from Black Dye Tattoo LLC ("Black Dye Tattoo", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Black Dye Tattoo provides professional custom tattoo services in Miami, Florida, including but not limited to Realism, Black & Grey, Portrait, and Cover-Up tattoos. All tattoo work is performed by licensed professionals in compliance with Florida state regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including but not limited to clients who are intoxicated, disrespectful, or requesting designs that conflict with our artistic or ethical standards.
All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit. Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee an appointment until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Black Dye Tattoo.
Deposits typically range from $50 to $200 depending on the complexity and duration of the piece. The exact deposit amount will be communicated during the consultation. See our Deposit & Booking Policy for full details.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the final price of your tattoo at the time of your appointment.
Your deposit will be forfeited in the following situations:
We understand that life happens. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice without forfeiting your deposit. The rescheduled appointment must take place within 60 days of the original date.
To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM with at least 48 hours notice.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Final pricing is determined during consultation based on design complexity, size, placement, and estimated session time. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary.
We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards. A 5% processing fee applies to card payments. Additional sessions required to complete a piece will be billed at the agreed hourly or session rate.
Black Dye Tattoo offers one complimentary touch-up within 90 days of the original session, provided that:
Touch-ups required due to client negligence, sun exposure, picking, or failure to follow aftercare instructions will be charged at our standard rate.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo without parental consent. Clients between 16 and 17 years of age may receive a tattoo with a parent or legal guardian present and signing the consent form. We do not tattoo anyone under 16 years of age under any circumstances.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid ID cannot be produced.
For your safety and ours, please notify us before your appointment if you have any of the following conditions:
We reserve the right to postpone any appointment if we determine that proceeding would pose a health risk to the client or artist.
All custom designs created for Black Dye Tattoo remain the intellectual property of Black Dye Tattoo LLC until the tattoo is applied. After application, the client owns the tattoo as applied to their body, but Black Dye Tattoo retains the right to use images of the work for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client has opted out in writing.
Black Dye Tattoo LLC's liability to you for any damages arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the tattoo service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to infection, scarring, and allergic reactions. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
